Woo!!! I just got home from a grueling 8 hour ride back home in the back seat of a Grand Am in between 2 other big folks like myself...but I must say, the show at the Troubadour last night was the most awesomest show ever, well worth the 8 hours. can't wait to see them again. i was the odd looking mexican guy in the front with the Mefferd Tax Services hat. Me and my friends all agreed that we have to do it again. in which we are. highlights of the show include Blake's guitar strap coming off with him having to play on his knees, oh and his attempt at being Eddie Van Halen. heh....twas rather cool. the new songs they played were great, i hope they record them all onto the new album. ah....i am so looking forward to the new album. i have a feeling it's gonna be awesome. anyways, i'm carlagged, i think i only had like 1 hour sleep during our whole trip to Hollywood, gotta catch up on some Z's. Happy Holidays to all. Keep it real folks. Peace.

That was a totally great show. I wasn't too into New York and Buellton was ok, but the RK put on a fabulous show!!!

My newbie RK friends were psyched to see their first RK show, and a Christmas show nevertheless. :)

Whoah. And Mr. Spiderman (Tobey Maguire) was there. And twas very cool to see Ozma man Daniel playing the keyboards for the first song of the night - a Christmas song nevertheless. (ed. note, it was Nutcracker Suite)

And haha! That first guy, the Little Drummer Boy person was friggin hilarious!!

Well, what a way to to end the year. :) Hope everybody has a safe and happy holiday. :D

12/22/01 - Troubadour - Kiley Christmas
This Kiley Christmas show followed the tradition set by the Kiley Carnival held earlier that year at the Troubadour, as well. This was also one of the first (if not the first) with Jason on drums. The band opened with the nutracker or some other christmas song, if I remember correctly, with daniel from ozma on keys, then went straight into the set.
