[review]

Yes, that was a most wonderful show! It was great to hear them after
so long! They put on an amazing set! I only wish I had the set list
so that I could share what songs they played with you, but I'll try
my best to remember: (in no particular order) 85, pictures of
success, waves and wires, science vs. romance, asshole, spectacular
view, plane crash in c, small figures in a vast expanse, and 4? new
songs. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong! The old songs sounded
great, and the new ones I enjoyed as well. I'm looking forward to the
new album also after hearing a sample of what's going to be on it.
We won't be disappointed. The entire vibe of the venue was electric
and I think the band felt it. There were sing alongs to their songs,
plenty of head-bobbing, cheering, and I even saw some people dancing
at times. They packed the venue up, selling out the show! How cool is
that?! What a spectacular welcome reception for rilo kiley! Can't
wait for another show!

dont forget Papillon! i havent heard that one in forever! so happy!
Spectacular View was the best of the night i thought, even if blake
fucked up a lot, it was still just awesome, and i swear him and jenny
were crying by the end. SO good! have they ever played that before?
because i've never heard it before...

I can't believe no one has said anything about the return of the long lost Phillip! The lack of his trumpet at prior shows definitely left something to be desired...Friday's show was amazing.
