Me and my friend arrived at 9 pm, when the doors should have opened. so have some 5 other fans, 15 minutes later we got in the bar at the entrance of the club. Rilo was still soundchecking, I heard them play science vs romance.

Support madelaine began to play at 10:15 or so and played half an hour, they are quite good, i bought their ep, though the 2 best songs aren't on it. some songs are available at www.madeleine-music.de

When Rilo finally came out with "execution of all things" (no intro), maybe 100 people had gathered. not empty anymore, but we could still hold a security distance of 3 or 4 metres to the stage, to the distress of Jenny.

They were really good, much better than i expected, and especially Jenny seemed to have a lot of fun, after with arms outstreched she congratulated us that some clapped hands, so dear Texans, Chicagoers, Londoners and Floridans, when Jenny rythmical gets her hands togehter above her head, that means you should clap hands.

Spectacular Views was pretty long, second half being mainly thrashing on their instruments. After it we kept on cheering and got Blake and Jenny to come back and play bulletproof as encore (wich isn't listed on the setlist).

All in all, a great evening, even without always and 3 hopefull thoughts, I hope they come back soon (hopefully next time with either arlo or ozma )
