Well it was amazing and beautiful. Even though I was in the backest of back rows. Set list was:
1-better son/daughter
2-bulletproof
3-so long
4-go ahead
5-new song
6-new (somebody else's clothes)
7-blake doing Simply Irresistable cover
8-new song
9-hail to whatever you found...with Giha on flute
10-new
11-new
12-arms outstretched
13-Jenny doing rock 'n roll suicide Bowie cover
14-spectacular views I
15-spectacular views II

Jenny and Blake asked the audience if there were any questions they'd like to ask and unfortunately they were total b.s. like "can you sing my friend happy birthday" which they did, and "how was salute your shorts," and blake shared a funny story about food fights. Oh yeah, with the Specatcular Views, Jenny sang the song that Blake sings on the record, and Blake sang Jenny's. It was clever and stuff.......I guess that's it.

The Pomona show was much better.

Though, me and my friend did get access to the VIP lounge tonight, which had really comfy couches.

There was one new song tonight that they didn't play at the Glass House.

Tonight was my first Rilo Kiley Show. I didnt think that a show could be so amazing ever. The moment they stepped out onto stage I was just so happy.. They're music just made me forget about all the shit that was going on in my life, and I just never wanted them to stop singing. They are so amazing! I am so thankful for that show! and being lucky enough to have seen it!

how was the opening band, let's go sailing? i got there at the beginning of future pigeon's set & missed them. i'm still trying to guess what drug/substance the lead singer for future pigeon was on that night, he looked fuckin' blasted. got jenny blake & jason to sign my canvas bag, i couldn't find pierre . i only wish jenny & blake faced the center a little more; my pictures of jenny totally suck cause i always stand on blake's side of the stage.
dunno if anyone mentioned it already, but there was also a couple new stickers. one's just a take off of the light blue shirt w/ the balloons... and the other was a circle sticker that mirrored the design of the black wolves shirt. i think the pins are the same ones available on saddle creek.

those stickers aren't new. i've seen them at shows before.

let's go sailing was good. the singer was very nice.

i was worried that the lead singer of future pigeon was going to either vomit or pass out onto the audience.

Let's Go Sailing was really good, my friend bought a pin and a CD of theirs. We came in late, they were playing when we got there, and we had gone to the Glass House show already so were taking the show pretty casually, so as we listened to Let's Go Sailing from the merch/bar room, Pierre and his wife came in and hung out for a while.

Somehow we got passes for the VIP lounge upstairs, so we went up there and sat on the super-comfy couches during Future Pigeon's set. They were much better the night before.
